We are all connected, united links in a great chain. This session will focus on how to bring awareness and strength to the subtle body for your own self-care and for the young people you love, care for, and serve. We’ll explore how the art of noticing what’s going on inside your body can illuminate what’s going on in the physical body and in our relationships to others out in the world.
Our time together will include multiple meditation experiences, including the terminology, techniques, and benefits of breathing exercises for youth. Additionally, this session will include explorations of music, chanting, mudras, and mantras, and how they can be utilized in diverse settings with young people.
